Wally Evdokimoff, BA, MBA – CEO/President

Wally Evdokimoff is a well-known educator, seminar leader and volunteer. He has been active in the Alberta business community for more than 30 years and is an expert in organizational behaviour and leadership training.

Wally has dedicated his career to serving the professional development needs of various businesses and organizations throughout Alberta, across Canada and beyond. In 1975, he joined the Community Education department at Lethbridge College as the Director of Business Training and Development. Over the course of his tenure, Wally devised a program for leadership development and supervisory training entitled Management Seminars for Supervisory Personnel. Since its inception, Wally has used his program to teach hundreds of managers how to become better leaders.

In addition to his years at Lethbridge College, Wally has served on a number of boards and committees, including the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce, Lethbridge and District Community Futures, University of Lethbridge Faculty of Management, Lethbridge Lifelong Learning Association, Lethbridge Symphony Association, Lethbridge Family Services, the Alberta Association of Community Education, and the Alberta Centre of International Education. Wally’s international endeavors include business development in Guyana, South America, leadership training for Municipal Administrators from Anyang, China, administrative exchanges between Alberta and Belarus, and trade relations work in South America.

Wally was awarded the Keys to the City of Lethbridge in 2008. He and his wife Connie have raised a family of 10 children.
